Delete your TRENVO account

You can request deletion of your TRENVO account and associated personal information at any time. This page explains how.

Delete inside the app

When you're signed in to the TRENVO app, account deletion is available here:

Prefer email?

You can also request account deletion by contacting TRENVO support from the email address linked to your account. Include "Account deletion" in your subject line so we can route your request quickly.

What happens to your data

Deleting your account removes your profile and personal information from TRENVO. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.
